Service Description
What's Included: - In-home session - I come to you! I am available around the greater Victoria area, Sidney, Central Saanich, Langford and over to Sooke for these sessions. - Up to 3 outfit changes. - Lasting up to 2+ hours. - 40+ Edited, High-Resolution, Beautifully Edited Digital Images - Online Gallery for Viewing, Downloading & Sharing Images - Ready within 2 months of your session. *$50 deposit required to reserve the session* Package Description: Having a new baby is one of the most absolute amazing experiences in life! My goal is to create beautiful, timeless imagery, that perfectly captures all the sweetness of your new little one. It can be an overwhelming time as a new parent, but when I arrive to your home, it’s your time to relax while I work my magic. I pride myself in newborn safety and skillfully posing your sweet baby. I have a small collection of props, bonnets, and headbands to style your session with, and work with pieces that are uniquely baby's to really and personal touches. There is never a session that I am not in awe in the miracle of new life. The newborn stage changes oh so quickly, and can be gone before you know it.. in a matter of days. Let me capture that tiny face of your newest family member, just as they are, brand new. The Newborn Session is up to 2 hours long and includes a few solo shots of baby, detail close ups (sweet lashes, lips, toes etc.) and the option of lifestyle posing with family and sibling poses, all done in the comfort of your home! Don't worry about space, the only large piece of equipment is a big light umbrella, which is more used during solo shots if needed. What to Expect Once you schedule in your baby’s due date you secure a place on my calendar for a weekend after. When your little one arrives, simply contact me at your earliest convenience, and we will finalize a date for when baby is approximately 5-14 days old. This ensures that they are still quite sleepy and used to being curled up just like in the womb. I also send out a final prep guide and details form, with some tips on how to help with a sleepy babe and for the session to run smoothly. You can also let me know if there are any colours that you prefer so that I can design the session with them in mind. After the session, you can expect to receive your gallery in approximately 6 weeks. This timeline allows me to not only edit to my style, but to take care of any of those little newborn skin issues like acne or dry skin, etc.
Cancellation Policy
**Booking and Reservation Policy:** Thank you for considering C Palfrey Photography to capture your special moments. To ensure a seamless experience, please take note of our booking and reservation policy: 1. Booking Process: - To secure our photography services for your event, a non-refundable retainer fee may be required upon booking. - Please contact to check availability for your desired date before making a payment. 2. Payment Structure: - The remaining balance is due before/or at the scheduled event date. - Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card (by request) or cash (by request and in-person). 3. Rescheduling: - In the event of a rescheduled date, I will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, rescheduling is subject to availability. - Please notify me as soon as possible regarding any date changes. 4. Cancellations: - The initial retainer fee (if required) is non-refundable to compensate for the reserved date. - If the event is canceled within 12 Hours of the scheduled date, the full balance remains payable. 5. Travel Fees: - For events located outside of Victoria, additional travel expenses may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. 6. Image Delivery: - A sneak peek of edited images will be provided within 1 week after the event. - The full gallery will be delivered digitally within 3 months. - Additional editing requests may incur additional fees. 7. Copyright and Usage: - C Palfrey Photography retains copyright and ownership of all images. - Clients are granted personal use rights, including printing and sharing on social media. - Commercial use of images requires written consent. 8. Client Cooperation: - Clients are responsible for ensuring the availability and cooperation of key subjects during the event for optimal photography coverage.
