What's Included: - Location of your choice - outdoor or in-home & garden, multiple settings at either location. - Up to 2 outfit changes. - 30 minutes. - 12 Edited, High-Resolution, Beautifully Edited Digital Images (Additional available upon purchasing) - Online Gallery for Viewing, Downloading & Sharing Images - Ready within 1 month of your session. *$50 deposit required to reserve the session* Package Description: Being pregnant is such an exciting time! Whether it’s your first or your second or third, each little kick or movement is a reminder of the sweet baby about to be welcomed into your family! The journey into motherhood is something to be celebrated. All the incredible ways your body changes and grows. Capturing that beautiful glowing belly, and all the amazing curves is a powerful way to always remember that time when your baby was inside. Showing the connection between you and your partner, or the excitement on a big sibling-to-be’s face, it’s a time worth documenting. **If you are booking a maternity session with a newborn session, there is a discount applied to the newborn session rate ($25 off).** What to Expect: Upon booking, we can get to discussing location and wardrobe! I love shooting maternity sessions in the mornings when light is soft or close to golden hour, even on a cloudy evening. Whether you choose ocean and beach, field, forest or mountain I have locations to suggest that the light works beautifully for, and are an easy walk. I am available around the greater Victoria area, up to Sidney, Central Saanich, and all the way over to Sooke for these sessions. I can’t wait to hear all about your growing baby! We can go over any shots that you really want or don’t want, but I will give you guidance for posing throughout the session. After our session, you will receive previews within a week. The entire gallery can take up to 4 weeks, this timeline allows me to edit to my style and ensure that you get some time to enjoy the images before baby makes their way from inside to earthside.
Cancellation Policy
**Booking and Reservation Policy:** Thank you for considering C Palfrey Photography to capture your special moments. To ensure a seamless experience, please take note of our booking and reservation policy: 1. Booking Process: - To secure our photography services for your event, a non-refundable retainer fee may be required upon booking. - Please contact to check availability for your desired date before making a payment. 2. Payment Structure: - The remaining balance is due before/or at the scheduled event date. - Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card (by request) or cash (by request and in-person). 3. Rescheduling: - In the event of a rescheduled date, I will make every effort to accommodate the change. However, rescheduling is subject to availability. - Please notify me as soon as possible regarding any date changes. 4. Cancellations: - The initial retainer fee (if required) is non-refundable to compensate for the reserved date. - If the event is canceled within 12 Hours of the scheduled date, the full balance remains payable. 5. Travel Fees: - For events located outside of Victoria, additional travel expenses may apply. These will be discussed and agreed upon during the booking process. 6. Image Delivery: - A sneak peek of edited images will be provided within 1 week after the event. - The full gallery will be delivered digitally within 3 months. - Additional editing requests may incur additional fees. 7. Copyright and Usage: - C Palfrey Photography retains copyright and ownership of all images. - Clients are granted personal use rights, including printing and sharing on social media. - Commercial use of images requires written consent. 8. Client Cooperation: - Clients are responsible for ensuring the availability and cooperation of key subjects during the event for optimal photography coverage.
