Couple Celebration Session at Iron Mine Bay & Pike Trail - Sooke, BC

I LOVE photographing Couple Celebration Sessions. It gives me the opportunity to get to know you better and it’s such a gift to know the love you & your partner share. I always say it’s like a date, just with me as a third wheel but all the focus is on the two of you!

Getting to photograph areas that are special to you as a couple makes the session extra special. This couple loves to spend their free time hiking and exploring all the unique outdoor areas in the Sooke area. For their Couple’s Session, we went to Iron Mine Bay and Pike Trail in Sooke, BC.

We started out early on the trail by this majestic tree arc with all the greenery and temperate rainforest vibes British Columbia provides us on Vancouver Island. We then moved down the trail to other unique spots till we arrived by the waterside of Iron Mine Bay. Here we took the final shots in their formal wear, then had an outfit change to they’re more casual style wear.

It was such a wonderful evening together and it was truly a joy to capture these portraits and create memories to look back on for Paige & Dan. Here are some of the highlight images from their session.
